01 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rr7777 website accessible at rr7777.pro and any related mobile web application, together with all games, betting markets, tools, and features offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on rr7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number or email address registered in Bangladesh.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or card) you use to fund your Account. Third-party payment on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be residing in or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of rr7777 or any of its Game Provider partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on the rr7777 Platform or any affiliated platform.

rr7777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Should rr7777 identify that a single individual holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — rr7777 reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate Accounts, void all bets placed, cancel all pending withdrawals, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your credentials with any third party. rr7777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rr7777 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period to protect your funds.

rr7777 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the rr7777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit thresholds for bank card transactions may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: A withdrawal may only be requested once the Player has completed the required account verification steps and has satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. rr7777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Player.
• Processing Time: rr7777 aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional identity verification is required.
• Transaction Fees: rr7777 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, the Player's mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which rr7777 accepts no responsibility.
• Declined Transactions: rr7777 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. rr7777 may deduct an administration fee of ৳100 per month from the Balance of dormant Accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered contact method.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, rr7777 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback schemes, and seasonal campaigns to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap where specified in the individual promotion terms.
• rr7777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing entitlement under that promotion will be honoured subject to these Terms.
• rr7777 may void any bonus and related winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional systems, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements.

06 Game Rules, Betting, and Settlements

rr7777 offers casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and sports betting markets. The following conditions apply to all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators operated by the respective Game Providers. rr7777 does not control game outcomes and acts solely as a distributor of games supplied by licensed third-party studios.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of the relevant governing body is final.
• In-play (live) bets placed after the official start of an event but before the market is closed are valid unless rr7777 determines that the bet was placed with knowledge of a result or score that had already occurred — in which case the bet will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may change without notice.
• rr7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed as a result of a system malfunction or obvious pricing error.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-session, rr7777 will endeavour to settle the round based on the last confirmed state of the game prior to the failure. Where settlement is not determinable, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the rr7777 Platform — including but not limited to the rr7777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of rr7777 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal and recreational purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without rr7777's prior written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr7777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical failure, system outage, connectivity issue, or Platform maintenance window.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank).
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be incorrect due to a technical error.

rr7777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

rr7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rr7777 will provide at least 7 days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered contact. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

rr7777 may terminate or suspend your Account, and these Terms, at any time and without notice, if you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms or if rr7777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rr7777's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the jurisdiction. You and rr7777 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitration panel of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
